NEW Class Policies and Procedures
At Quilters Quest, the health and safety of our customers, employees, and teachers remains our highest priority.
Since we are working to establish a safe classroom environment, we have updated our classroom policies.
We have lowered the class sizes to allow for more space between students.
We ask that masks be worn while in the store.
Students must supply their own machines for their use.
Customers are not allowed in the employees’ breakroom/kitchen.
If an item needs to be refrigerated, please ask a QQ team member to place it there and to retrieve it.
If a student feels ill or has been recently exposed to COVID-19, we ask that they not attend until they are feeling better.
Students will receive a refund for classes cancelled 7 or more days before the beginning of the class.
Any cancellations less than 7 days before the class will only be refunded if the space is able to be filled from a waitlist.
In the event that Quilters Quest cancels a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund.
