Quilted Serger Caddy Event with Nancy Bednar
Experience multiple overlock techniques while creating a handy quilted serger pouch perfect for any needs. You will create a serger ruffle with a double stitched rolled hem edge, install a zipper, learn where that 1/4" seam allowance can be found while piecing strips to form the bag. Lastly, see how chainstitching can be used with a heavier decorative thread to quilt all the layers together. Time permitting, we will even chain off thread yardage to form a little tassel. A precut fabric kit will be provided as a part of your class fee.
