While we try to estimate your exact shipping costs, please understand that shipping does vary depending on where the product is being sent and how large the package is. However, rest assured that we will do everything in our power to ship your order out in the most economical way possible!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

  • We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, and often ship the same day if order & payment are received early in the day.

Can I return a book or pattern after I've purchased it?

  • Unfortunately, due to copyright restrictions, we will not be able to accept returns of books or patterns.

I purchased my fabric and ended up not needing it after all.

  • Fabric returns are allowed only when there is a mis-pick or a manufacturing defect and must be authorized by Quilters Quest management.

I ordered a week ago and still haven't received my order.

  • We cannot be responsible for packages lost by either our postal service or yours. While this happens very rarely, it does happen and we cannot replace or refund uninsured or lost packages. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please request it on the order form and it will be added to your order. In the unfortunate event that an insured package is lost, we will either refund the cost of the fabric minus shipping or will re-send the package if all items are still available. You will be responsible for the shipping charges. By submitting your order, you agree to our shipping terms aforementioned.

The item I ordered is actually back-ordered. What happens now?

  • We will track back-orders, however, shipping & handling charges will apply to all back-ordered shipments. Please let us know how you would like us to handle any back-ordered items.

I would love to place an order with you but am worried that I will be signed up for everything under the sun and my card info might get stolen.

  • We take your privacy VERY seriously! Any personal information given to Quilters Quest to facilitate your purchase will not be shared or sold.
